Ribolla Gialla 'Blue Label' Collio DOC Doro Princic 2021

The Ribolla Gialla Blue Label Collio DOC is a mineral white wine produced by the Friulian winery Doro Princic , dedicated to the enhancement of this territory. It is obtained from the vinification of grapes of the native Ribolla Gialla variety, grown on the vineyards located in the Pradis area not far from Cormons. The historic vineyards boast a mineral substrate consisting of the typical ponca, which gives a remarkable finesse to the grapes. The breezy climate and sun exposure allow the vines to produce bunches that reach full sugar concentration. The manual harvest allows you to select the best grapes which are then transported to the cellar. After a light pressing, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. In the same vats the wine ages for about 6 months before being bottled. Ribolla Gialla Blue Label Collio DOC can be enjoyed immediately or after a couple of years of evolution.
