Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The white wine Provincia di Pavia Riesling IGT from the Monsupello winery is obtained using exclusively Riesling Renano grapes. This winery boasts a very long tradition in the oenological field since 1893. Over the years, in addition to the cultivation of native vines, it has also supported that of international vines, obtaining balanced and harmonious wines. Specifically, the grapes needed for this wine have medium-firm and particularly aromatic berries. The production process involves harvesting the bunches only when they have reached excellent ripeness and the right sugar content. The vinification is carried out only in steel both for the fermentation and for the maturation, to then proceed with the refinement in the bottle. The result is a fresh and harmonious white wine, of medium structure and easy to drink with persistent fruity notes. The potential for aging over time is surprising for a vine which, for example in Alsace, has longevity as its main feature.
