Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Roero Arneis DOCG is a fresh and fragrant white wine from the Giovanni Sordo winery, a production reality intent on enhancing the potential of the local terroir. This label is obtained from the vinification of Arneis grapes, a very common local variety. The vineyards are located on the hills near the Tanaro river. Here the vines enjoy optimal sun exposure and sink their roots into a sandy substrate with a good percentage of gravel. These conditions contribute to the luxuriant growth of the grapes until the manual harvest. Once in the cellar, the bunches are de-stemmed and left to ferment in large thermo-conditioned steel tanks. In the same containers the wine ages for about 3 months and then seals its scents in glass for another 3 months. Roero Arneis DOCG can be satisfactorily enjoyed immediately, as well as following a year's rest in the cellar.
