Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Roero Arneis DOCG from the Vietti winery is a dry white wine that reaches excellent quality levels. It is obtained by vinifying pure Arneis grapes. The vineyards are located within the municipality of Santo Stefano Roero, which is located in the heart of the Roero Arneis DOCG appellation. Thanks to the experience in viticulture handed down for four generations, the Vietti family uses its know-how to preserve all the characteristics of the vine and make the most of them in the final product. The production process provides for the grapes to be fermented in steel tanks and always mature in steel on their lees for a period of at least three months. The end result is a Roero Arneis DOCG, excellent to drink young, which can still evolve if left to rest in the cellar for up to three years.
