Rosso Conero DOC Fattoria Le Terrazze 2019

Rosso Conero is the most representative red wine of Fattoria Le Terrazze and among the best of the Conero wine production. The Terni family, owner of the Fattoria Le Terrazze since the 1800s, proudly cultivates the best Montepulciano vineyards in the Marche region. In detail, the vineyard used for the production of Rosso Conero is located in Numana, no more than a kilometer from the sea: the particular position gives the soil a mixed composition, calcareous-clayey and calcareous-sandy. The harvest of the bunches takes place at the peak of their ripening; these are then subjected to alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks and left to macerate for eight days; once the fermentation/fermentation phase is over, the wine is left to mature in cask for about fifteen months. Rosso Conero is ultimately an elegant, full-bodied and decisive red wine, as well as the ruby red color that distinguishes it; this wine from Fattoria Le Terrazze can be defined as an original product and absolutely representative of the best Marche wine production.
