Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
Rosso di Mezzo Etna Rosso DOC is a fine wine from the Sicilian winery Federico Graziani . This label is obtained from a blend of four different varieties, present in variable percentages. These are nerello mascalese, nerello hood, alicante and francisi. All the grapes are grown in the vineyards of Feudo di Mezzo, an estate that stands on the northern slope of the volcano. Some specimens of ungrafted vines are over a hundred years old, a truly rare and valuable thing. In the cellar, vinification begins with spontaneous fermentation in open vats. For the two-year refinement on the noble lees, the company prefers exclusively the use of steel, which allows the characteristics of the terroir to emerge even after a long rest. By virtue of the elegance and complexity that distinguish it, Rosso di Mezzo Etna Rosso DOC can be appreciated immediately, but reserves the most welcome surprises after an evolution of 4-5 years in the cellar.
