Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Rosso di Montalcino Castello DOC is a classy, high quality wine produced in the Tuscan region of the same name where the vineyards grow luxuriantly and the climate permits excellent harvests. It is made up of Sangiovese grapes, and is a truly versatile red that satisfies even the most demanding palate. The Banfi Rosso di Montalcino DOC is aged for at least ten months in barriques and large wooden barrels. The refinement in the bottle lasts about six months before the product is placed on the market. The Banfi winery is renowned for its decades-long history and the great competence and passion that have always made it one of the most famous Italian wineries since the end of the 70s. The production, while following the ancient traditions, today makes use of modern and innovative techniques that allow Banfi to be considered a leading winery in the Italian market. Thanks also to the particularly favorable position of the vineyards and the excellent climate, the production excels in the Tuscan panorama, giving each year a truly unique wine.
