Red of Valtellina DOC Ar.Pe.Pe. 2020

The Rosso di Valtellina DOC made by the Ar.Pe.Pe. it is a fresh and refined red wine. Born in a hot summer almost twenty years ago, this wine interprets the potential of Nebbiolo delle Alpi, perfectly expressed in a product with a youthful character and contemporary elegance. Precisely to pay homage to the heroic winegrowers who in a very hot season had taken care of very particular grapes, the company decided to create a ready-to-drink label. Rosso di Valtellina DOC is a noble wine despite its young age, because it is obtained from the same precious grapes, processed in an innovative way. The care that the experts put into the vineyard is then found in the work phase in the cellar. After the harvest, which takes place rigorously by hand, the vinification and refinement foresee a period of six months of rest inside large oak barrels, to refine in concrete and then directly in the bottle, in which the wine maintains its spirited and lively character.
