'Talò Primitivo' di Manduria DOP Cantine San Marzano 2021

The TALÒ PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOC CANTINE SAN MARZANO is a generous wine derived from Primitivo di Manduria grapes that the San Marzano winery cultivates at just 100 meters above sea level on the Salento hills. From these qualitatively generous grapes, after a short passage of only 6 months in small American and French oak barrels, a wine of great depth is born, suitable for aging in the bottle even up to 5 years, given its important structure. The barrique allows to enhance the flavors that the grapes, rich in sugars and the favorable climate of Salento, are able to transmit to the wine from the beginning, allowing the TALÒ PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOC CANTINE SAN MARZANO to transform itself from a quality red wine into a true pleasure for our palate and for our nose.
