Vermentino di Gallura Vigna 'Ngena from the famous Sardinian winery Capichera is an exceptional white that well represents Gallura, a land of sea, granite, cork oaks and wind where Vermentino is the noblest of wines. Vigna 'Ngena in the Gallurese language means alien or foreign vineyard, a significant name given that in the past this Vermentino was produced with grapes from managed vineyards, which today have become our property. Vermentino di Gallura Vigna 'Ngena is a white wine with Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin obtained from 100% Vermentino grapes. Excellent tasted young, this Vermentino can be aged for 10-20 years. The result of the blending of wines from grapes from different vineyards, it is a very aromatic white wine produced from grapes harvested in mid-September; a vinification in steel follows and, again in steel, a maturation of about 9 months, after which the wine is blended. The result is an intense, balanced white with medium structure and good persistence.
