Description

Lambrusco dell'Emilia PGI "Vigna del Picchio" is a well-structured red, much appreciated by wine lovers for its extraordinary elegance. It is a product of the Rinaldini farm, located at the foot of the Matilda hills and based on low environmental impact processing methods. The vineyards are cultivated with biological techniques, without chemical fertilizers, and grow in optimal conditions, thanks to the temperate climate of the area and adequate exposure to the sun's rays. Refined and at the same time delicate, Lambrusco dell'Emilia PGI "Vigna del Picchio" is obtained through classic vinification and maturation in French oak barriques for 3 long years. The refinement ends in the bottle, a factor that gives the red in question a remarkable balance and greater freshness. As vines, Lambrusco Maestri and Ancellotta are used in equal quantities, both very common in Emilia-Romagna and a symbol of a strong link with the territory. In the glass, the color is deep ruby red with violet reflections. The perfume is ethereal intense, it will elegantly surprise you. In the mouth, the taste is warm, well structured with a nice texture of sweet tannins, the fruity note of red fruit and the acidic vein make it pleasant and easy to drink, with a persistent finish. Intriguing!
