Description
Vigna Segreta Falanghina del Sannio Sant'Agata dei Goti DOC is a white wine produced by the Mustilli winery in Campania. It is obtained from the vinification of grapes of the native Falanghina vine. The vineyards exposed to the south-west rise on a volcanic soil rich in limestone and clay. The plot boasts ideal conditions for the vines, which, thanks to the strong temperature variations between night and day, give rise to perfectly ripe grapes. After the harvest, rapid maceration on the skins is followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. In the same containers the wine ages for about 10 months in contact with the fine lees, to then rest another 3 months in glass after bottling. Perfect immediately, Vigna Segreta Falanghina del Sannio Sant'Agata dei Goti DOC is capable of reserving pleasant surprises even after a couple of years of careful conservation.
