Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description

The Prosecco Rive di San Floriano DOCG, from the renowned Treviso winery Nino Franco, famous for its proposal of refined labels, is a real enological excellence. This typical spumante well embodies the essence of the territory of reference, without neglecting experimentation. A brut of considerable interest, which takes shape from the vinification of pure Glera grapes, the fruit of the vines of the hillside vineyard of Riva di San Floriano. Prosecco Rive di San Floriano DOCG takes shape from a careful harvest that chooses only and exclusively the best fruits. After harvesting, the grapes are transferred to the cellar, where a process of vinification with the Charmat method follows, i.e. with a second fermentation in an autoclave. The final product is a pleasantly surprising terroir label, an elegant, fragrant, light and intense sip sparkling wine, which has good acidity and which emerges for its persistent and fine perlage.
