'Villa Antinori' Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG Antinori 2020

Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a still red wine with an intense flavor and complex structure, one of the most famous of the Chianti tradition. It is produced by the Antinori winery , a historic winery, synonymous with tradition and excellence. It is obtained from the assembly of 90% Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon for the remaining part, which gives a note of softness to the wine. The vineyards are located on hilly terrain in the northern area of Chianti Classico in Tuscany. The grapes face destemming and soft pressing, then fermented both in steel and in wood. The wine spends a period of aging in large barrels and is then transferred to small barriques. Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is an important, profound, complex and elegant wine and, before serving it, it should be left to breathe; if placed in the cellar to rest for a few more years, it can further develop its aromas, complexity and elegance.
