Vitovska Venezia Giulia IGT Kante 2019

Vitovska Kante 2015 is a white wine with extraordinary characteristics, which well reflect a land dedicated to the cultivation of grapes. This product originates from a unique vine, able to faithfully tell the complexity of the Karst area. In fact, Vitovska is a vine native to nearby Slovenia, which benefits immensely from the limestone-rich soil that characterizes the karst area. The Vitovska Kante 2015 is produced by vinifying the grapes coming from vines of about twenty years, whose berries are selected with great attention in order to guarantee a qualitatively optimal result. The care in the selection process in the harvest phase is combined with the mastery in the cellar, where the wine is left to age for a year in barriques and for six months in steel containers, after which it is bottled without being filtered. In the mouth, the wine is very structured and with excellent softness. Its characteristics of sapidity and freshness make it ideal to accompany seafood cuisine.
