Description
The Vogelmaier Moscato Giallo Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC , produced by the Alois Lageder winery , was born in a small valley near Lake Caldaro. It is produced with 100% Moscato Giallo grapes, grown at an altitude between 300 and 400 meters on sandy and partly clayey soils. The company was born in a small village in Val Gardena, when his son Alois took over his father's business and developed its hidden potential. Today the maison, still managed by the Lageder family, has adopted an ecological production style that pays attention to the territory. The Moscato Giallo Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC Vogelmaier , after the soft pressing of the grapes, is left to ferment in steel tanks. Then, before being bottled, it spends six months on the lees in refinement where it acquires all its flavours. It is a particularly fragrant wine with great freshness.
