'Vorberg' Pinot Bianco Riserva Alto Adige Terlano DOC Terlano 2020

The oenologist of the prestigious Terlano winery, Rudi Koffer, expresses himself thus about this wine: "On the southern slope of the Monzoccolo, in the DOC territory of Terlano, there are sunny and steep vineyards where, at an altitude between 450 and 950 meters asl, an exciting Pinot Blanc is grown.This hearty and extremely complex wine particularly impresses with its minerality, its remarkable development capacity and thus underlines the potential of this variety." And it is the photograph of this sumptuous Pinot Bianco that makes a manual harvest and selection of grapes. Delicate whole bunch pressing and racking by natural sedimentation. Bright straw yellow, it has a very varied and multifaceted bouquet that is captured in this wine, with ripe fruity notes. On the palate, the combination of fruity, aromatic and salty gustatory components also reappears on the palate, where the soft and creamy characteristics emerge more vigorously, to the point of perceiving a very aromatic, persistent and distinctly mineral aftertaste.
