'Winkl' Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Terlano 2022

This grape variety has been successfully cultivated for a long time in the Terlano DOC area, especially around older farms, although it is of French origin. Fermentation takes place slowly, at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 5-7 months on the fine lees partly in stainless steel barrels (80%) and partly in large wooden barrels (20%) and then the assembly takes place about a month before bottling. Winkl Sauvignon Blanc is a savory, slightly fruity and mineral wine, which has been vinified alone since 1956. It is rich and intense, complex in its aromas and full-bodied. Particularly affects the ease of drinking which makes it extremely pleasant.
