Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

Starting from 1964, the first year of production of this label, the Campofiorin Verona IGT wine of the Masi company immediately achieved great success, winning numerous international awards and delighting all palates with its rich, velvety and round taste . The Masi winery is one of the best known and oldest in the Veneto region and has always been attentive to safeguarding the native vines that it cultivates with traditional viticulture techniques mixed with innovative ideas and with an ecological character, which is why it defines itself as a Green company. Campofiorin Verona IGT is a juicy blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes which are processed with the ripasso technique: they are vinified fresh and then undergo a second fermentation process with the addition of pomace deriving from the dried grapes used for the production of 'Amarone. Ruby red in colour, it gives soft and pleasant sensations to the palate, it can be drunk immediately or left to rest in the cellar for 4-5 years.
