Divella

The Divella Agricultural Company is a small reality of just 2 hectares, located in the middle of eastern Franciacorta, among immense vineyards and small medieval villages. Following her passion, the young founder Alessandra Divella began creating her own sparkling wines according to her personality and thoughts since 2005, using the Classic Method and a totally natural working process. The two hectares of land are mainly cultivated with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, strictly organically and with sustainable methods, on limestone territories, rich in clay and fossils; the entire process is manual and artisanal, starting from the delicate harvest aimed at keeping the grape intact, up to the pressing done directly by Alessandra herself, like all the rest of the sparkling wine process. The first fermentation phase is spontaneous, especially in concrete barrels, so as not to interfere with the taste and olfactory profile of the product; the finishing of the product then takes place thanks to the refermentation directly in the bottle and the refinement on the yeasts which lasts from two to five years and finally, after disgorgement, the dosage is strictly without added sugars. The result is a superb sparkling wine, certainly limited in the number of labels produced, but which is appreciated for how it represents the philosophy of its creator and the territory where it was born, knowing it is capable of offering genuine, authentic, fresh and absolutely never banal notes. This line includes the "Clò Clò", a pure Pinot Noir rosé and the "Blanc de Blancs" based on Chardonnay grapes, both strictly classified as Zero Dosage. Truly artisanal wines, exciting wines.
