Chardonnay Tormaresca 2022

The Chardonnay white wine from the Tormaresca Antinori winery is obtained using 100% Chardonnay grapes. The vines are found in the two areas most suited to the production of wine: that of Salento and Castel del Monte. Here, the clayey soils rich in mineral salts, combined with the excellent climatic conditions, guarantee the luxuriant growth of the vines. The winery has been operating for over 20 years in the wine sector with particular attention to the enhancement of local products, combining tradition and innovation. The production cycle of Chardonnay wine includes a harvest during which only the best bunches are selected and sent for cold static maceration. Subsequently an alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers, before aging in the bottle. The result is a fresh and light white wine, pleasant and aromatic, of medium structure, with a fruity aftertaste. Features that make it ideal to be consumed as an aperitif with friends!
