Recommended glass

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

The Clos Du Belvedere Blanc Famille Bréchet wine perfectly represents the style and quality of the Famille Bréchet winery, whose lands are located south of the Rhône Valley. The reference terroir is very varied even if a calcareous and sandy composition prevails with an often sunny microclimate with mistral wind. This favors both the growth of red and white grape varieties which can be enriched by the many minerals present in the soil. Among these there is above all the Grenache and secondarily the Roussane, the Clairette and the Bourboulenc. Most of the properties, about 70 hectares, fall within the Châteauneuf-du-Pape et Gigondas denomination with the Château de Vaudieu estate, dating back to 1700. The Clos Du Belvedere Blanc Famille Bréchet wine, in particular, is produced in purity from Grenache grapes blanc, particularly aromatic, a characteristic which is then accentuated in the aging in barrique in an underground cellar. It is a product particularly suitable for moments of conviviality and for connoisseurs, since this region of France is more specialized in the production of great reds.
