Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Barbera d'Asti DOCG Fiulot belonging to the Prunotto winery is a still red wine whose production vineyard is located in the municipality of Agliano d'Asti, in the Monferrato Astigiano area. The variety of the vineyards is 100% Barbera in purity and they arise on a clayey soil rich in calcareous marls. The wine that is born in these lands is fresh and suitable for ageing. In fact Barbera d'Asti DOCG Fiulot is extremely pleasant to drink today, but it can be left to rest in the cellar for three-four years. After the harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and then maceration takes place for a period of eight days. Afterwards, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for a few months before being bottled. This bright, intense, pleasant and balanced red wine represents the great Piedmontese tradition, making it not only a perfect wine to drink in everyday life, but also suitable for special occasions.
