Description
From the bright Provençal sun and the breeze of the mistral winds to the sound of the cicada, many sensations are to be experienced during a walk through the Sainte-Victoire. The Pas du Moine, which refers to a path previously used by the monks, offers a glimpse into the beauty of these landscapes. Pas du Moine is made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. This Côtes de Provence from Sainte-Victoire is vinified by direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas of the fruit. The Pas du Moine reveals a lychee pink color and passion fruit aromas. It offers excellent length on the palate with lingering notes of exotic fruits and small red fruits. Pas du Moine is the ideal choice with seared tuna or sushi.
