Cantina Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano

The Cantina Cooperativa Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano was founded in 1972 and has always had as its objective not only the quality of its wines, but also the protection of the territory and its image, for the benefit of the entire community. The winery's production today represents, with the Morellino di Scansano Docg, approximately 20% of the total denomination. The range of wines includes different versions of Morellino di Scansano which capture the different characteristics of the various members' vineyards. With the birth of the Maremma Toscana DOC we have also added a new red to our range, again based on native vines (in this case Alicante and Ciliegiolo), Capoccia. Furthermore, white wines such as Bianco di Pitigliano and Vermentino are also produced.
