Phil Sublim

Phil Sublim Champagne was born on the soft hills of Côte des Bar, in the southern area of the French Champagne region, a land with an ancient artisanal viticultural tradition, immersed in the wonderful landscape of the Aube. Built and fueled by the passion of countless generations of winemakers, since 1630 the Maison has dedicated itself to the cultivation of grapes and, more recently, to artisanal winemaking in harmony with the territory, with the climate and respecting natural cycles. The winemaking tradition handed down and refined over the centuries transforms the flavours, colors and aromas of this land into Phil Sublim Champagne, a wine capable of expressing passion, delicacy and quality from the moment of sabrage.
