Tenuta Amadio

We are in Monfumo, in the heart of the Asolo Hills, where the homonymous Prosecco docg was recently established, in recognition of a tradition and vocation for the production of the famous sparkling wine that has lasted since time immemorial. Tenuta Amadio is nestled among these hills, carved into the rock and in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The property is very attentive and rigorous to the environmental impact, therefore the cellar was created with an eye to its insertion into the landscape, into which it fits harmoniously, and with absolute attention in the use of natural and local materials, such as wood and stone; finally, a beautiful hanging garden was created as a closure to the cellar, with the planting of a row of vines. The estate is made up of 20 hectares of property, 12 of which are planted with vineyards, which, in turn, are divided into different possessions: the Biss Vineyard, the Longon Vineyard and the Era Grande Vineyard, which thanks to their specificities offer grapes different and therefore different wines, real Crus. Sustainable agriculture is applied in the vineyard, because the concepts of preservation and transmission of a still intact nature to future generations remain fundamental. The harvest, just like in the past, takes place manually and in boxes and therefore the grapes are transported immediately to the cellar to be processed while still fresh. Inside the cellar, all processing, from grapes to wine, takes place according to the most modern winemaking techniques. Among the wines of Tenuta Amadio, the point of excellence is the Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, a sparkling wine with a thousand sensorial facets, great elegance and finesse and offered in various dosages. Another 4 labels complete the range, including a very interesting rosé bubble, based on pure Pinot Noir.
