Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

In the municipality of Ruvo di Puglia, north of Bari, close to the Murgia hills, 400 meters above sea level, this very rare autochthonous vine has been cultivated since time immemorial and has recently been recovered from oblivion. We are talking about Moscatello Selvatico that the Crifo cellar allows to ripen on the vine for much longer, with all the risks of mold and weather problems that could occur, thus carrying out a late harvest. The healthiest and ripest bunches are left to dry in the vineyard and arrive in the cellar richer and full of sugar. We then proceed to the vinification with aging in wooden barrels for a short period, subsequently giving a delicate and pleasantly aromatic dessert wine, very elegant and particular; an authentic rarity with an astonishing quality/price ratio. It goes well with dry pastries and intensely flavored cheeses
