'Petris' Malvasia Collio DOC Venica 2022

Petris Malvasia Collio DOC is a white wine produced by the Friulian winery Venica . This label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Malvasia grapes, an aromatic variety widespread in many areas of Italy. On the Collio soils characterized by a remarkable mineral wealth, this vine finds the ideal conditions to express itself in an excellent way. The owned vineyards are expertly cultivated, limiting human intervention between the rows to allow the vines to grow optimally until the healthiest bunches are harvested by hand. When they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are softly pressed and then left to ferment spontaneously in large steel tanks. An aging of about five months follows in contact with the fine lees which always takes place in steel vats. Petris Malvasia Collio DOC is a white that can be enjoyed immediately, as well as after 2-3 years.
