Description
Pfefferer Pink Vigneti delle Dolomiti Rosato IGT is a label from the Colterenzio winery, which with this rosé wine aims to innovate local viticulture. The wine is obtained from a unique blend of red grape varieties from Alto Adige, which include Lagrein, Pinot Nero and Teroldego. The vines grow on soils with high gravel and sandstone components and produce bunches capable of reaching the perfect sugar concentration. In the cellar the winemaking processes begin with a short maceration on the skins and a very soft pressing. The flower must obtained is then subjected to a white vinification, which involves the exclusive use of stainless steel tanks. Before being bottled, the wine rests for a few months on the fine lees, always inside steel tanks. The result is a young and fruity wine, truly pleasant and disengaged: Pfefferer Pink Vigneti delle Dolomiti Rosato IGT is perfect to drink immediately, to fully appreciate the varietal aromas and freshness that distinguish it.
