'Pino ' Toi' Bianco del Veneto IGT Maculan 2023

Bianco del Veneto IGT Pino & Toi is a label signed by the Maculan company, which for three generations has established itself in the province of Vicenza thanks to its high quality products and an innovative interpretation, but respectful of the tradition that characterizes the territory . This wine, with fruity and floral scents, is obtained from an unprecedented blend of typical varieties of the Veneto area: the prevailing is Tai, also known as Friulian, which is present for 60%, Pinot Bianco for 25% and Pinot Grigio for the remaining 15%. Being designed to offer a pleasant and immediate drink, the must is fermented exclusively in steel. The same goes for the maturation phases, which take place inside large tanks, always in steel, to preserve all the freshness and typical scents of the vines that compose it. The Bianco del Veneto IGT Pino & Toi must therefore be enjoyed when young, releasing finesse, lightness, light perfumed notes both floral and white fruit; not very intense and not very structured, it plays all its cards on the pleasantness of drinking, without commitment, but for this very pleasant.
