Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Pinot Noir Alto Adige DOC is a red wine from the Alois Lageder winery , a company synonymous with excellence, founded in 1893 with the aim of enhancing and making known the qualities of the South Tyrolean territory. Today it is managed by the sixth generation, which has managed to perfectly integrate the tradition handed down over the centuries with more modern techniques. The winery has fifty hectares of vineyards in the areas of Magrè, Termeno, Cortaccia and near Lake Caldaro; grown with biological techniques, respecting the environment and the land, and according to the rules of biodynamics. The Alois Lageder company also collaborates with various winegrowers in Alto Adige, as suppliers of grapes and together they create wines of great elegance and with truly interesting characteristics. The Pinot Noir Alto Adige DOC , made in purity, is a still red wine of great freshness and harmony. The label comes from the vineyards of the hills of Pochi, Appiano and Cortaccia, cultivated on sandy and clayey soils. The wine ferments in steel on the skins, then passes into wooden barrels and cement tanks for twelve months, where it refines and acquires all its particular aromas. It is an elegant, prestigious, complex and absolutely satisfying wine.
