Quore Riserva Letrari is a vintage Trentodoc sparkling wine produced by the Letrari company with Chardonnay grapes, one of the most cultivated white grape varieties in the world. This flagship, the Riserva Letrari, is aged on the lees for at least 48 months, following the Classic Method. The time necessary to obtain precious and soft bubbles, fine and elegant, of exceptional quality. This sparkling wine has a strong personality, a pronounced maturity combined with a fine acidity which gives it immediate drinkability and excellent freshness. If desired, it can also be enjoyed after 3 or 4 years. The Quore Riserva Letrari comes from the vineyards of Alto Adige, in the province of Trento. Here in the lands of Vallagarina the soil is rocky and mineral with a temperate microclimate which favors the correct ripening of the grapes.
