The Rubiosa Bonarda Vivace dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC from the prestigious Lombard winery Le Fracce is a lively red wine that has received various awards from critics in the sector. The result of a pure vinification of Croatina grapes from vineyards with half a century of life, this natural red is an exuberant wine, which embodies the essence of the local winemaking tradition. The result of a meticulous cultivation carried out without the use of synthetic products and antibotrytics, this label comes from a manual harvest of the grapes carried out with dry ice, a fundamental element, the latter, which protects the bunches both from oxidation and from rising of temperatures. The harvest is followed by fermentation with maceration, after which the Rubiosa Bonarda Vivace dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC is left at a fixed temperature of 15 °C, until the refermentation phase in the autoclave begins, which lasts 1 month. The result is a harmonious, fragrant and immediate wine, an excellent, soft and pure red. A truly unmissable label.
