'Saròt' Arneis Langhe DOC Cascina Carlot 2022

Saròt Arneis Langhe DOC is a fragrant white wine produced by the Piedmontese winery Cascina Carlot , which with this label celebrates the peculiarities of the terroir. It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes from the local Arneis vine, a widespread and appreciated white berried variety in the Langhe area. The plots are located near Vezza d'Alba, where the vines enjoy excellent conditions for a luxuriant development thanks to the unique microclimate and the mineral composition of the soils. When they reach full maturity, the healthiest bunches are selected with great care and transported to the cellar. Here the processes begin with destemming and continue with the soft pressing of the grapes. For the refinement, the company favors the use of stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains for about 4 months. Saròt Arneis Langhe DOC is a perfect white to be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled, as well as after 1-2 years of rest in the cellar.
