Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

Dedicated to the finest and most demanding palates, Pinot Noir Schweizer signed Franz Haas is a wine that arouses intense emotions. It comes from highly prized Pinot Noir grapes, the most difficult vine to cultivate. Franz Hass in fact compares it to a horse that is difficult to tame and starts the production of wine only in the years in which the berries reach a quality that borders on perfection. The bunches are harvested in different vineyards, distributed between the municipalities of Montagna, Aldino and Egna of Trentino Alto Adige. The complex vinification takes place in open steel tanks: here the skins give the must their colors and aromas. Fermentation and aging in barrique complete the work, sublimating the sweet taste of the precious black grapes. Pinot Noir Schweizer is an artist's wine, not only in substance but also in form: its name pays homage to the homonymous painter Riccardo Schweizer, who also collaborated with Picasso and Chagall, who created the captivating labels for the Hass family bottles of wines.
