'Simply Red Wine' Cascina degli Ulivi - Bellotti 2022

A very drinkable red table wine, the Semplicemente Vino Rosso from the Piedmontese winery Cascina degli Ulivi Bellotti, which boasts the Agrobiodynamic and Bios certification and which follows the production process developed by the Triple A association. a product made with indigenous yeasts, as in the past, the result of craftsmanship and without added sulphites. The result of a blend composed of Barbera (50%) and Dolcetto (50%) from 20-year-old vineyards, this wine follows a vinification in oak barrels and a subsequent aging in the same barrels for 11 months. The result is a natural, rustic red with great character, a medium-bodied wine that has not undergone any filtration.
