Description
This dessert wine comes from an ancient recipe by
mid 1800s. The cherries (prunus cerasus) as soon as they are harvested they are put to
macerate with sugar and in October are refermented with
must prized from red grapes of ours vineyards. The long cycle of
production and the particular processing make it a drink unique and
precious .
