Vinopuro's advices

Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

This wine is a real gem, an absolutely innovative project: to use all the native vines of the area in a truly territorial blend. The soils of Monti in Chianti, medium-textured calcareous clays and the perfect exposure of the Montebello hill give power and elegance to this wine. Nine historic grape varieties: Mammolo, Ciliegiolo, Pugnitello, Colorino, Sanforte, Malvasia Nera, Canaiolo, Foglia Tonda, Sangiovese. Each grape variety is vinified and aged separately, in small barrels, in the cellar located in the heart of the vineyards, before blending. Indigenous yeasts and natural fermentations contribute to the expression of complexity and the harmonious integration of varietals. The particular elegance and depth of this wine is given by the complex harmony of the nine grape varieties; the intensity, balance and harmony make it immediately pleasant and long-lasting. Very high scores from international guides and magazines.
