Description
The Nuragus di Cagliari DOC S'Elegas produced by the Argiolas winery is a fresh and elegant white wine, which represents an interesting and successful experiment in enhancing a regional typicality. The grapes used to produce this wine belong to an autochthonous white grape variety of the southern area of Sardinia, Nuragus, which is used to produce white wines that manage to combine immediate freshness and intriguing charm at the same time. As a producer, Argiolas has always invested in the valorisation of this regional variety, trying to obtain an optimal expression of it in terms of quality precisely in S'Elegas. In this case, the Nuragus di Cagliari DOC S'Elegas is vinified alone and left to mature exclusively in temperature-controlled steel tanks, to maintain all the primary characteristics. This wine is characterized by an excellent balance between sapidity and softer elements and is ideal to be enjoyed during a fish dinner with friends.
