'Torcolato' Breganze DOC Maculan 2021

The Torcolato di Breganze from the prestigious Maculan Venetian winery is an excellent sweet wine made from grapes grown on the vineyards in the Breganze hills. A finely elegant passito, made with 100% Vespaiola grapes, for a terroir wine that has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the AIS Vitae Guide, which defined it as one of the best wines ever. A label with great longevity capable of surprising at every sip. After a careful harvest, the grapes that give body to Torcolato di Breganze are left to dry in the loft for 4 months, followed by vinification and aging for one year in new and used French oak barriques. The result is a very intense passito, with an enveloping aromatic profile, an elegant, balanced sweet wine with a full-bodied sip and a persistent finish. A label of great interest, created in respect of a winemaking tradition that is lost in the mists of time. A great passito, also appreciated outside the borders of the Bel Paese.
