'Adènzia Bianco' Sicilia DOC Baglio del Cristo di Campobello 2022

The Adènzia Bianco Sicilia DOC wine is a product of the Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery belonging to the family of the Bonetto brothers. The company philosophy is the result of their almost visionary idea: the desire to transfer all the sensory characteristics of the territory into the bottles. The wine is therefore obtained from grapes from the autochthonous Grillo and Insolia vines which are well suited to the particular climate of the island, rather hot in summer which the fresh breeze from the sea makes more pleasant. The vines grow on the limestone hills at about 260 meters above sea level. A pure wine, obtained thanks to the perseverance and dedication of the family towards all that nature is able to offer. Respect for the land is evident in many details, including the method of harvesting the grapes, rigorously done by hand with a soft pressing. Vino Adènzia Bianco Sicilia DOC is a fragrant, intriguing wine, ready to drink, but which is still able to give its best even a year or two after the harvest.
