Description
The Albarìa Rosato Frappato Terre Siciliane IGT is a white wine with intense aromas that exemplifies the stylistic code of Cantine Pellegrino . The grapes used to produce this wine are exclusively of the native Frappato vine. The vines grow in the province of Trapani on soils with components of sandy and calcareous origin. In the vineyard, the work is inspired by concepts of eco-sustainability and preservation of local biodiversity. The harvest is strictly manual and involves a careful selection of the best bunches. When they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are subjected to a light maceration with contact for a few hours on the skins and to a subsequent long fermentation at low temperature. For the process, only stainless steel is used in order to preserve the varietal characteristics and the same material is also chosen for the refinement, which lasts 4 months. Albarìa Rosato Frappato Terre Siciliane IGT is a ready-to-drink rosé wine, to be enjoyed young in all its freshness and fragrance.
