- It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
It is the first label (of the three) of Barbera produced by Valerio Mondo, oenologist and son of the founder of the cellar. Barbera is part of the genetic heritage of this family and of these areas. It is a wine with a good structure, but also young and endowed with a particular freshness. The pleasantness of the drink is surprising which makes it a perfect quality everyday wine, which knows how to give emotions at every sip. Do not serve it at room temperature, but at cellar temperature, i.e. 16 – 18 °C.
