'Blangé' Arneis Langhe DOC Bio Ceretto 2022

Blangé Arneis Langhe DOC Bio is the label with which the historic Piedmontese winery Ceretto enhances the precious native vine of the Roero area. Arneis, whose grapes are vinified alone, is a vine representative of a suitable territory, which constitutes a pleasant exception, in a region known above all for its great reds. After being grown organically, the grapes are selected, harvested with care and finally subjected to maceration in brief contact with the skins. This step, performed before fermentation in steel, allows you to extract all the varietal scents of this vine. In order not to frustrate the results of this oenological choice, the wine is left to refine exclusively in the bottle. By virtue of its pleasant drinkability, Blangé Arneis Langhe DOC Bio is best expressed when it is enjoyed young, for a convivial aperitif based on fish or vegetable specialties.
