It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Bramaterra is a red wine made by the Antoniotti winery, a winery that has been operating in the province of Biella for more than seven generations, boasting noteworthy experience. A wine of excellence, it has received various awards and recognitions; among these the five Grappoli by Bibenda and the four vines by AIS. Production is only 4,000 bottles a year, so anyone intending to put it on their table will have to hurry. It is a pearl not to be missed. The wine comes from grapes of different vines: Nebbiolo, Croatina, Vespolina, Uva Rara. It is aged for thirty months in Allier oak barrels. The care and dedication with which it is produced make it a wine of extreme quality. Superb and authentic, Bramaterra from the Antoniotti winery is fresh, intense, balanced and of great charm on the palate. It is a perfect red to be enjoyed during a formal dinner with important main courses.
