Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Bric Valdiana Roero Rosso DOCG is one of the most particular labels signed by the historic Almondo Giovanni winery. Among the hectares owned by the company, the Bric Valdiana stands out, located on the top of a hill facing south: here the vines can benefit from a substrate rich in sand and silt, elements that guarantee a good water supply in the hottest season. The grapes can reach perfect ripeness and, only when this happens, are they carefully harvested following careful manual selection. In the cellar, the vinification begins with a two-week period of maceration on the skins, followed by a year of rest in small French oak barrels and another eight months in large vats. The result is an intense and full-bodied red wine that amazes at the first sip, even if the Bric Valdiana Roero Rosso DOCG boasts the potential for further aging in the cellar for over ten years.
