Cabernet Venezia Giulia IGT Ramuscello 2020

The Cabernet Venezia Giulia IGT is a wine produced at the Ramuscello winery, a cooperative reality which, for some time, has based its work on ethics and rigorous respect for the environment. The grapes come from 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon vines, grown on gravelly soils. Thanks to the sea breeze and the mountains that shelter from the cold winds, the plants always reach optimal maturity. After the harvest and the selection of the best grapes, we proceed with the vinification in red and with frequent pumping over for 8 days. The wine ages for 6 months in steel tanks where malolactic fermentation also takes place. Subsequently it is bottled and put on the market. Cabernet Venezia Giulia IGT is an intense and enveloping wine, ideal for immediate drinking, but which can evolve in the cellar for about 3 years before being tasted.
