'Capitel Foscarino' Veneto IGT Anselmi 2022

Capitel Foscarino Veneto IGT is a white wine produced by the Anselmi company, a winery that has been operating with dedication and passion for many years in the Verona area. In this particularly suitable territory, Anselmi mostly cultivates native vines, in search of an authentic stylistic code. This is the case of this white, which is obtained from Garganega grapes, present for 90%, to which a small percentage of Chardonnay grapes is added. The vinification begins with a first cold maceration on the skins, followed by a very soft pressing and rigorously controlled temperature fermentation. As far as aging is concerned, Anselmi's choice reflects the desire to preserve the varietal characteristics of the grapes: this is why the wine rests for six months on its lees in steel containers and then another six months in the bottle. Capitel Foscarino Veneto IGT is a fresh and fragrant wine, excellent to be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled.
