Champagne Brut Reserve Pol Roger best represents the ability of this historic French winery to obtain a perfect result by combining the 3 types of grapes used in Champagne in the right measure: Pinot Noir for structure and body, Pinot Meunier for freshness and its round and fruity taste and Chardonnay to bring aromatic complexity, elegance and softness. To produce it, after being harvested and gently pressed, the grapes are left to ripen in steel vats at a low temperature. Subsequently, the product is tasted, mixed and bottled. At this point the bottles meet the fresh Pol Roger cellars dug 33 meters underground where the Champagne Brut Reserve Pol Roger is aged for 4 years. An accurate and manual processing to obtain this clear Champagne with a fruity taste, with fine and persistent bubbles and which combines complexity, lightness and style.
